Great Entry at 14.07. Sulonex is in Phase III and Phase IV clinical testing. Stock should continue to climb ahead of good news. Like any biotech would sell ahead of FDA announcement. Target 35. Speculative Buy
SMTS Long Term Buy(3 years) Target 75
SMTS is a small cap in the medical equipment business. They have continued to grow their business at a high rate of return and at the same time extremely consistent. 2010 EPS estimates for SMTS is 2.75.
Technically speaking smts is oversold and is looking for a double bottom at 15. Long term entering at fridays close of 15.87 is a safe play.

THLD up 17% today on huge volume. Indicators are Institutions are buying this gap down. Adding to nasdaq index on Monday. THLD closed at 3.79. Target $7.00-9.00
ECMH $0.21 Speculative Buy Target $0.75-1.00
ECMH is scheduled to finally ship its flagship product the X-Board. After a one year delay, they are scheduled to ship May-June. Look for news of release and media coverage to bring a parabolic move to ecmh.
The xboard is a powered surf board. Other competitor is www.powerski.com
http://www.aquaxtremes.com/
Would be a seller of half position on any level above .30. than ride the rest to .50-1.00
Keep in mind ECMH has yet to get epa approval in the USA. This has been the reason for the delay. Email investor relations and they will give you an update.

MIVT Adding to 'Watchlist
Mivt chart is totally broken. Stock closed today at 0.68 Stock should continue its slide until the next support level .50. Would look to add at these levels. Company holds patents in the nanotech and stent arena. When the chart turns back on this one it could easily run back to its old highs.
VSF Vita Foods $3.85 Target $6.50
VSF Technically is a strong buy. Right at the 50dma, oversold, in a long term uptrend. Current price 3.85. Target price 6.50
Deal with Anheuser-Busch Inc., which allowed Vita to obtain Budweiser Brand Line of sauces should add not only to the bottomline but it shows some creativity/excitement that this company lacks.
From Press Releases:
"During the first quarter, we implemented our plan that returns us to profitability, and we are pleased with the results," said Steve Rubin, the Company's chairman and member of the office of the chief executive. "In addition, we completed the $2.5 million equity investment in March, and have set the stage for continued progress. We affirm our earlier earnings guidance for 2006 of between $0.20 and $0.24 per share for 2006."
"Anheuser-Busch Inc. has licensed its Budweiser brand to Vita Food Products Inc. for use in a line of sauces.
The Budweiser line of sauces include a basting sauce, two barbecue sauces and a wing sauce, A-B said in a release Monday."

MTSX great technology but great stock?
Here is a really neat company on the forefront of some technologies that are going to be needed.
Yahoo Finance,"Metal Storm Limited, a development stage defense technology company, engages in the research and development of electronic ballistics systems in Australia and the United States. It develops projectile launching systems utilizing electronically fired and stacked projectile technology. The company also develops weapon system for unmanned ground vehicle, weapon system for unmanned aerial vehicle, fire fighting systems, and hand guns, as well as area denial weapon system and individual combat weapons. In addition, Metal Storm manufactures and sells precision engineered parts to the defense, electronics, aircraft, and space propulsion industries. The company has an agreement with Electro Optic Systems Holdings, Ltd. to co-develop and market a new weapon system, which combines the features of Metal Storm's weapons with Electro Optic Systems fire control and sensor systems. Metal Storm was incorporated in 1994 and is headquartered in Brisbane, Australia."
Its too early to speculate on how well this company will perform but its definitely a speculative play to keep on the radar.

LBIX The next HANS?
LBIX the small company that could turn its true blue into Big GReen! http://www.leadingbrandsinc.com
Company has had a history of losses and balance sheet is so so.. That being said this small cap company, only 47 million dollar market cap, is finally looking to turn the corner. TrueBlue thier award winning blueberry drink is gaining traction.. In addition they have relaunched their energy drink "nitro".
Although entry at 3.13 ahead of earnings report(end of may) isnt recommended this stock is a definite strong buy anywhere below 2.50. Just keep an eye on this one and wait for earnings. If they have turned the corner getting in at 3 or 4 will not matter long term. If earnings disappoint look for support at 2.00.

Oil Stocks Sell Signals...
After a long bull market in oil stocks they are breaking down technically. Although most sell signals could be viewed as entry points, in this case be careful. Most oil stocks have provided great earnings reports only to be driven down further. Buying at these support levels short term may be profitable for a bounce, but the charts are hinting some weakness in the sector.
Its very odd/funny, but the next sector to move into maybe oil..... But instead of waiting for buying points, eyeing short entry points maybe profitable. Buying the supports for a quick short term return, than set up short positions near the double top long term..

Short Sale Canidates ERS & PEIX
PEIX & ERS are both great short sale opportunities.
PEIX insiders have dumped shares and technically the stock is a trainwreck. The insider selling is of huge concern b/c if this is going to be the next wave of the future why sell so early??? PEIX will be trading in the teens this summer.
ERS- Check out the balance sheet. Enough said. Stock is worth 10.00 at best
PEIX currently trades at 34.01
ERS currently trades at 24.40

Something in the works???? SEPR at 50.22
SEPR sentiment on a scale of one to ten this year has been a one. Now with the fortunate rejection of indiplon, unfortunate for nbix, the stock sentiment is now a 2. Analyst and investors are still skeptical Lunesta can meet its sales targets. Also, its other drug is losing some medicare coverage.
What is interesting is that Sepr has hung in there with bad news after bad news.. Now with the tides turning, I think many shorts will be surprised.. They haven't profited hand over fist like they imagined.
Something big is in the works? Who knows. But the way the stock is acting, Big news wouldn't be a shocker!
SEPR is a hold near term, but would definitely keep a close eye on this one.

Hedge Play for Friday 5/19/2006 Earnings(ASEI)
buy the may 80 calls at .50 and buy the may 60 puts at .35.
ASEI has been a huge short target. AFter reaching a yearly high of 93 plus stock has been acting horribly. Technically its broke. Next support is 60, after that no support until 40.
That being said earning coming out Friday morning. DAy of options experation. For a company who has had a track record of beating earnings by upwards of almost a 100%, this could swing this stock up or down severely.
I would definitely look to hedge this stock on the short and long.
Big miss stock crashes below 60. Big surprise to upside stock could test 52 week high of 93 plus.
Bottomline risk to reward looks great. More conservative hedge would be the may 70 calls and puts..
ASEI currently trades at 69.78

THLD: Value play after 75% haircut
THLD collasped 75% after FDA made the company halt one of its trials.
"It will be difficult for this drug to ever reach the market, and if it does, treatment duration will have to be short and penetration limited," wrote Morgan Stanley analyst Steven Harr, in a research report Friday.
Well Mr. Analyst, the company has 2.50 a share in cash. They are researching other drugs that have a market of 2.7 billion.
Bottomline is: research this one, listen to the B of A conference call and make you own decision about this company. DO NOT LISTEN TO the analyst.
NBIX drug was a no brainer approval. Analyst were on record five days before approval that it was a done deal.. Analyst again completely wrong.
Technically getting in at these levels is not the best idea but from a valuation standpoint it looks good..
Short term target: 6.00 current price 5/17/2006 @ 12:45 3.32
