This is not the FDA but its definitely good news. I'd imagine this stock wont run until it hears from the FDA around June 12th. (30 days from the FDA halting one of thld's trials).

If THLD runs past five on this news, it would be a good time to buy some june 5 puts to hedge.

Stock is currently selling at .0007. At these levels the risk to reward is 15-1. If news hits they have signed a deal of sorts 100%-1500% gain could be expected.
